Certificates
A consul officer can provide various certificates to confirm different facts or circumstances known to them, based on data from the Estonian Population Register or other Estonian state registers that accesible, as well as official or documented information.
Most Commonly Issued Certificates:
Certificate of vital statistics event (birth, death, marriage, divorce, name change)
Extract from Population Register
Certificate for an Estonian Criminal Records Database notice
Valid certificate of your Estonian driving licence

Please Note:
- Applications submitted to the consul must be completed correctly and signed by the applicant either by hand or digitally using their Estonian Id-card. The consul has the right to request additional information to clarify any data or circumstances.
- Only the institution/country requesting the certificate from you can advise whether the certificate issued by the consul will be accepted by them.
- Certificates issued by this Embassy are primarily intended for use only within this consular district, which the embassy covers (Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Tonga, Samoa, Vanuatu).”
