You can order a paper-based Population register extract (including residence, name changes, children, and parents) directly from the e-Population Register. When placing your order, ensure that you request the certificate to be sent to the Embassy in Canberra and in the language you require. The embassy cannot change the issuing location or the language of the certificate later.We recommend that after placing your order and paying the state fee, you contact the embassy additionally by email at [email protected] and inform them that you have submitted an application for a certificate via the e-service.

If you do not have access to the E-Population Register, you can order an extract directly from the embassy. To do this, please contact the embassy and send the necessary documents to [email protected]. The list of required documents is as follows:

• Application form
• A copy of the applicant’s passport with the handwritten note “True copy + date + signature”
• Payment receipt confirming the payment of the state fee. The state fee in Australian dollars is updated every month due to changes in the exchange rate. The updated state fee amount and the embassy’s bank account details can be found here.
