Consular missions are organised on average every 1–1.5 years in the capital cities of Australian states, and every 1.5–2 years in Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand.

Missions are organised based on demand. To help the Embassy better plan consular missions, it is recommended to register your interest on the waiting list for your city. Once the Embassy confirms a consular mission in the state capital closest to your residence, you will receive an email with additional information.
