The Consular Mission to Perth takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday, 1-2 December 2026.

Booking for an appointment to the consul (mfa.ee) 

1. Choose the representation – Embassy of the Republic of Estonia in Canberra

2. Choose the required service. Only the following services are available during a consular mission:

– Applying for an Estonian citizen’s Passport/ID-card, for the first time – Please note that appointments are not intended for consultations. All required documents and supporting evidence must be properly prepared and ready for submission on the day of your appointment. For any questions, please contact us at [email protected].

– Renewal of an Estonian citizen’s Passport/ID-card

–  Fingerprint capture (New fingerprints are valid for six years, and during this period it is possible to renew documents independently online.)

New fingerprints will be captured with every single application. Fingerprints are not captured for children under 12 years old.  

3. On the next page fill out the information requested

4. On the last page select the 1 or 2 December and preferred available appointment time.

5. As a final step “Please give specifying information for the selected service” Write “PERTH” and press the button “Book the appointment”

 

The Embassy will be reaching out to everyone at the latest by Tuesday, 24 November via e-mail with additional information about consular missions, like  exact address, application forms, where to pay a state fee etc.
